Functieomschrijving:
The Key Account Manager will be part of the commercial team based near Maastricht. With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle. This is an exciting sales role with a company that is market leading with its innovative e-commerce technology, tooling processes and applications.
As a Key Account Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing a portfolio of clients who are using the platform for Project deliveries, Implementation Services, Hosting, Maintenance & Support Services, Software Licenses, Professional Services, Strategy consulting and solution selling
- Pursues targeted prospects and lead follow up
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to tenders
- Negotiate and closes commercial agreements
- Manages complex relationships requiring proven negotiation skills with executives
- Provide corporate presentations & software demonstrations
Uw profiel:
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the Telecom or Cable industry
- Project Management methodology: Prince 2 (Foundation)
- Excellent forecasting, budgetting and reporting skills and able to use sales tooling (e.g. Salesforce.com)
- Demonstrated success in building and managing revenue generating multiple partnerships with deal values exceeding 2-5 Mio EURO per annum
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and multiple relationships and multiple deal teams.
- Excellent Strategic selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
- Logical thinker with great attention to detail and can do attitude
