BUSINESS DEVELOPER – Aircraft/Aerospace market
The function:
You are responsible for the sales and marketing of our tape and sealing products to the European Aircraft/Aerospace market. You identify customer’s strategic projects and new design platforms to develop new products, for as well flying as non-flying applications.
You visit the main R&D/production centers in Europe on a regular basis in order to work on continuous spec-in activities and to build up a strong network. Together with the support of our technical service department and our specialists in the US you will offer appropriate and creative solutions in order to achieve business growth within this market.
Your profile:
- You have an engineering degree and at least 5 years relevant experience in the A/A market. Existing connections with EADS Airbus and knowledge about MRO is an asset.
- You are able to build a long-tem relationship with your key contacts and to demonstrate expertise in business development, negotiation and analytical skills. Furthermore you have strong presentation and communication skills.
- You have the ability to work independently as well as in international teams. You are result-oriented and eager to achieve long term results.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, preferably also French and German.
- You are willing to travel (estimation: 60%) within Europe.
