Functieomschrijving:
- You are responsible for the development of the BtB-sales in the area Frankfurt – München. Next to that you will cover also Austria and Switzerland.
- Your business environment will include mainly business to business contacts with a variety of products for different markets and industries. You will handle a mix up of direct sales and sales trough a business channel/distributor.
- You identify customer’s strategic projects and new design platforms. You look for and report new market and application developments. You offer the customer appropriate and creative solutions together with the support of our technical service department.
- You follow up sales evolution, measure gaps, take corrective actions and assure sales and budget realization.
- You report to the Regional Sales Manager Germany.
Uw profiel:
- You have minimum a bachelor degree with a technical background. Moreover you have a relevant commercial experience of at least 7 years in selling technical solutions. An experience with sales of adhesive tapes, films and foams in an international business environment is a strong asset
- You have strong sales and marketing skills. Furthermore you have strong presentation and communication skills.
- You are self-motivated, result-driven and eager to achieve long term results. You have the ability to work independently as well as in international teams.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- You are flexible to travel minimum 60% of your time in South Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
