To strenghten their Quality Department they are currently looking for an
International Business Consultant Quality Systems and Compliance
The purpose of the job is to develop, establish and maintain quality systems (within the EMEA region) with a focus to align acquired businesses with corporate policies and procedures.
The responsibilities of the Business Consultant Quality Systems & Compliance include:
- Serve as a Quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on all quality initiatives.
- Exercises a high degree of technical autonomy through developing and managing the Quality Management System.
- Is viewed as a leader in the areas of QSR, GMP and ISO/MDD standards within the Quality organization,
- Harmonize and synchronize various processes within all departments and contributing to ensure the defined processes are in line with Medical Device standards and regulations.
- Leads system improvement teams selecting appropriate techniques and process improvements.
- Champions continuous improvement and innovation within the Quality Assurance.
- Takes a lead role in the management and execution of the Regional Management Review.
- Participates in the internal audit program and plays a lead role in the execution of external audits.
- Collaborates and liaises with the Global Quality Systems team and relevant working groups to drive continuous improvement.
Uw profiel:
The Business Consultant Quality Systems has the following experiences and skills and matches the following demands:
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in the Medical Device, Pharma or Food environment.
- Minimum level of education: Bachelor’s degree
- Has extensive External Audit and Quality Systems experience.
- An excellent communicator (English) with the ability to influence others.
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative and autonomy
- Is an effective team member, fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department objectives.
- Primary location of the job is the Netherlands /Maastricht Area.
